1) Area Manager (Small Credit): 10 Post. Post Graduate/Equivalent Pass in any discipline. The maximum age is 42 years. MRA-certified microloans Must have a minimum 1 year of experience as an Area Manager or minimum 4 years of experience as a Branch Manager with minimum 8 years work experience at the field level and at least 4 microfinance branch operations supervision and monitoring work experience. Monthly gross salary after permanent station: Tk 38,000 - 42,000.
2) Branch Manager (Small Credit): 50 Post. Graduate/Post Graduate/Equivalent Pass in any discipline. The maximum age is 40 years. Minimum 05 years experience with a minimum 1 year experience in MRA-certified microfinance institutions or minimum 06 years experience in branch management as Assistant Branch Manager with minimum 03 years experience. Monthly gross salary after regularization: Tk 33,000 - 36,000.
3) Community Development Officer (CDO): 200 Post. Graduate / Post Graduate / Equivalent Pass in any discipline. The maximum age is 35 years. Must have minimum 02 years working experience as Field Worker in a credit program in MRA certified microfinance institution. Monthly gross salary after permanent station: Tk 21,400 - 25,000.
4) Branch Accountant: 50 Post. Graduate/Post Graduate/Equivalent Pass in Commerce Department. The maximum age is 32 years. Monthly gross salary: 14,000 - 15,000 Tk for first three months during the apprenticeship, Tk 15,000 - 16,000 for the next three months and Tk 19,500 - 20,600 after permanent nation.
(Maximum age limit is relaxable for more skilled, experienced, and qualified candidates for posts 1, 2, and 3 and salary is subject to negotiation) Other conditions: (1) Apprenticeship period is 06 months for all posts, but the apprenticeship period may be reduced/increased on the basis of work skills (2). Candidates for all posts should be willing to work in any department of the organization. It will be decided on the basis of the candidate's qualifications and experience. Knowledge of English typing and internet usage is mandatory (6) Candidates for all posts except post No. 01 at the time of joining must provide assurance of mother/father/brother/sister/nearest relative (02 persons) as guarantor (7) At the time of joining the post No. 2 as per the rules of the organization 15,000/- to the candidate and Rs. 10,000/- to the candidate for post No. 3 and 4 as security which will be refunded on leaving the organization along with dividends as per the prevailing norms of the organization (8) Phone allowance, motorcycle fuel and maintenance allowance etc. are included in the monthly salary. not
