Bangladesh Rural Development Board recruitment conditions are as follows:
* The posts are purely temporary and applicable only to PEPs which are not included in the revenue budget of BRDB.
* Salaries and allowances of the employees of the appointed posts will be paid out of the income received from the invested money/debt paid/service fee. Salary cannot be claimed from any money/sector other than income/service value.
* Recruited employees shall never have any privilege/preference in recruitment to BRDB's core posts or revenue posts nor shall their age be relaxable.
* Candidates selected for the post of Field Organizer (Serial No-1) should have the mentality to work at the union level of 5 districts under PEP. Work should be done to improve the quality of life of the poor people of the area, especially the poor. Candidates selected for the post of Computer Cum Credit Assistant (CCA) (Serial No-2) have to work in PEP district office or upazila under the district.
How to apply online application form for BRDB?
* In the application form, interested candidates should write (a) name of the candidate, (b) name of father/husband, (c) name of mother, (d) permanent address, (e) present address, (f) date of birth, (g) nationality, (h) age. (as on 25.03.2020 A.D.) (j) Educational Qualification (j) Experience (if any) (k) Application form to mention pay-order/bank draft number, date and bank name, l) Candidate should be “Executive Director, Production oriented Employment Program (PEP), Head Office, Faridpur” should be applied for.
* Application should be accompanied by (a) 03 (three) copies of recent passport-size photographs (b) All educational qualification certificates (c) Experience certificate (if any) (d) Citizenship certificate issued by the Chairman of the Union Parishad/Municipality/City Corporation Mayor or Councilor / Attested copy of National Identity Card (e) Original copy of Character Certificate obtained from 1st Class Gazetted Officer should be attached. (f) The candidate must enclose a self-addressed return envelope with a postage stamp of Rs.10 (ten). Copy and photographs of attached certificate should be attested by Gazetted Officer 1st Class (with seal bearing name). Any documents sent along with the application form are non-returnable. Defective, incomplete and late (after 12.02.2023 AD) applications will be treated as rejected outright. If any information is concealed in the application form, legal action will be taken against the concerned candidate.
* Candidate's post name, district name and quota name (if any) must be clearly written on the envelope. If more than one application is sent in one envelope, the application will be considered invalid.
* In the selection of candidates, prevailing government norms of Veermuktijoddha Quota (where applicable) will be followed. However, in this case, suitable evidence must be submitted along with the application form. Any amendments to the relevant regulations will be followed later.
* Candidates' age for all posts should be below 30 years and minimum 18 years as on 25.03.2020 AD. The maximum age limit is 32 years for son/daughter/son-daughter of brave freedom fighters/martyred freedom fighters. Age relaxation in case of candidates for BRDB program. Departmental candidates should apply through the appropriate authority. No affidavit regarding age will be accepted.
* 400 (Four Hundred) taka for the post of Field Organizer (Serial No-1) and Computer cum Credit Assistant (CCA) (Serial No-1) in favor of Agrani Bank Limited, Zilla Parishad Branch, Faridpur with application form entitled “Executive Director, PEP-BRDB”. -2) MICR pay-order/bank draft (irrevocable) of Tk.300 (three hundred) should be attached for the post.
